My Story — The Woman Behind Bubble Wear

It all started with a love for the ocean, a sense of adventure, and a desire to live life a little differently.

I've never been someone who wanted to stay in one place or do things just because that's how they're supposed to be done. I've always been curious about what lies around the next corner, what happens when you try something new, and where life might take you if you dare to follow your own path.

The ocean became a huge part of that journey.

As a dive instructor, I followed my passion from Curaçao to Costa Rica, where I spent 18 years building my life around diving, adventure and sharing the underwater world with others. Today, I call Spain home, where I continue to live and breathe the diving life.

I've been lucky enough to experience different countries, meet incredible people and discover that there's so much more to life than the little world we create around ourselves.

And somewhere along the way, the idea for Bubble Wear began to take shape.

As a diver, bubbles have always been part of my world. They represent freedom, exploration and that incredible feeling of being somewhere completely different. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that the bubble isn't just about diving. It's about life itself.

We all have our own bubble. Our routines, our habits, our comfort zones. Sometimes they're comfortable places to be, but sometimes they stop us from seeing what else is out there.

For me, stepping outside that bubble has always been where the magic happens. It's travelling somewhere new, trying something you've never done before, meeting people who see the world differently, or simply saying yes to an opportunity you might otherwise have passed up.

I wanted to create something that reflects that feeling. Something you can wear whether you're a diver, a traveller, an ocean lover or simply someone who wants to make the most of life.

That's how Bubble Wear was born.

It's a little piece of my own journey, my love for the ocean and my belief that life is meant to be explored — not just on holiday, not just underwater, but every single day.

You don't need to travel halfway around the world to find adventure. Sometimes it's right outside your front door. You just have to be willing to look for it.
